You are required to check the condition of the products delivered upon delivery and may refuse any damaged product by making a note to this effect on the delivery note. You have a period of three days from the date of delivery to make any claims for non-conformity or apparent defects of the products delivered.

Consumer Customers have a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to take action against the Seller. For Professional Customers, the conditions and duration of the guarantees (if they exist) are specified for each product on the Seller's website or can be requested directly from the Seller.

No, the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the right of withdrawal are not applicable to relations between two professionals. Professional customers therefore do not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
