Data Protection
1.1. Non-personal data
IP addresses, internet browsers, operating systems, domain names: when you visit our website, we may record your computer's IP address. This IP address does not allow us to identify you as an individual, but it does allow us to identify your internet service provider.
Other non-personally identifiable data that we may have access to include the type of Internet browser used, the type of operating system used by your computer, and the domain name of the website you visited before ours. This data is compiled to provide us with general demographic information, such as the geographic location of visitors or the duration of their visit to our site. This information allows us to perform the necessary operations to manage our site, diagnose potential server problems, analyze trends and statistics, and improve our customer services.
1.2. Personal data
The personal data collected from the Buyers is subject to computer processing by the Provider. They are recorded in his Client file and are essential for processing his order and establishing invoices, in particular. This information and personal data are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. They will be kept for as long as necessary for the execution of orders and any applicable guarantees.
The data processing manager is the Seller. Access to personal data will be strictly limited to the employees of the data processing manager, authorized to process them because of their functions. The information collected may possibly be communicated to third parties linked to the company by contract for the execution of outsourced tasks, without the Client's authorization being necessary. As part of their services, third parties only have limited access to the data and are obliged to use them in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on personal data protection. Apart from the cases stated above, the Seller forbids himself from selling, renting, transferring, or giving access to third parties to the data without prior consent from the Client, unless he is forced to do so for a legitimate reason.
Client's permanent right of access to their personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, reinforced and supplemented by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which came into force on May 25, 2018, the Client has a permanent right of access, modification, rectification, opposition, portability, and limitation of processing concerning the information about him. To do this, the Client simply needs to write to the Seller by email or by letter addressed to the Seller's head office address, indicating his name, first name, address, email, and if possible the customer reference.
